WHAT MOVES HER
Working together
towards clear goals.
Esther combines academic expertise in Liberal Arts & Media Studies with an Executive Master in Corporate Communication from Rotterdam School of Management. Her focus: employee engagement, media psychology, and reputation management.
She’s the go-to for temporary communication support, especially during times of transition. With a background in media analysis, agency work, project leadership, coaching, and in-house roles, Esther empowers teams and elevates engagement across sectors — from nonprofits and government to healthcare and real estate.
A nature enthusiast at heart, Esther brings expertise, energy, and charm to every project. As a digital nomad, she combines work and travel with ease — offering fresh perspectives and meaningful connections. Her love for the outdoors sparks creativity, while her global mindset and strategic eye bring clarity to complexity.
From crafting communications to guiding cultural shifts, she approaches change as something human, vibrant, and alive — with energy, empathy, and vision.
Her work hasn’t gone unnoticed. In 2025, Esther was shortlisted for Top Corporate Communication Service in Europe by Manage HR Europe Magazine. In 2024, she was nominated for the European Enterprise Awards by EU Business News and named Corporate Communications Platform of the Year by the Corporate LiveWire Innovation & Excellence Global Awards. Earlier, in 2023, Innovation in Business recognized her as Corporate Communication Expert at the Media Innovator Awards.
And pink? It’s more than just a favorite color — it’s her signature hue: bold, joyful, and full of heart.
Esther is a member of the European Association of Communications Directors and serves as a board member of House of Ubuntu.
